Our health program areas include family planning, HIV/AIDS,sexual & reproductive health, and community health (alleviation of malaria,HIV/AIDs and other diseases) we the aim to build the aptitude of these communities to improve sanitation and hygiene and promoting health education among the local people. Let us know and we’ll figure out a good placement for your skills and interests. Program Costs: The cost to volunteer with HB Volunteer Uganda for a week is US $ 112 and for a month is US $450 for Accommodation and Food (Paid before or Upon Arrival) . US $100 for Pickup to and from the Airport (Paid before departure) Time Commitment: We have a one week minimum and a 6 month maximum. If you want to stay longer, we’ll work it out if the space is available. You need to be at least 18 years old, speak English, and be in relatively good health to volunteer with HB Volunteer Uganda. We aim at supporting, recruiting placing volunteers ( for skills community development) in order to help the grassroots and underprivileged communities of Uganda.
